Job Vacancy – Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator
We are looking for a professional Executive Assistant & HR Coordinator to support management and oversee administrative and HR operations in Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
* Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Coordinating weekly meetings and preparing reports
* Handling employee files and contracts
* Monitoring visas, Emirates IDs, and employee renewals
* Managing attendance, leave, and staff records
* Coordinating with managers, accounting, and HR-related matters
* Following up on maintenance, purchases, and operational tasks
* Organizing administrative documents and reports
* Ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration or HR
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks professionally
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Professional, trustworthy, and responsible personality
