We're looking for a hands-on, organised Admin & Operations Specialist to be the backbone of Shaikha's Luxury Closet — Abu Dhabi's premier destination for authenticated pre-owned luxury fashion.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE ✅ Open to candidates based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai (willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi)

We're Looking For:

  • Fluent english strong written and verbal communication
  • 1-2 years of experience in admin, operations, or coordination
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or luxury is a strong advantage
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; WooCommerce or e-commerce platforms a plus
  • Presentable, professional, and discreet
  • UAE-based (Abu Dhabi or Dubai) must be willing to work on-site in Abu Dhabi

The Role Covers:

  • Day-to-day store and online operations orders, inventory, and fulfilment
  • Consignment intake and coordination from receipt to listing
  • Liaising with courier partners and resolving delivery issues
  • Managing emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and general admin tasks
  • Preparing sales reports, expense logs, and consignment trackers
