manpower operation coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manpower Operations and Business Development Coordinator with strong practical knowledge of manpower supply operations in the UAE. The candidate must be able to independently manage workers, coordinate with clients, visit companies and project sites, and generate new manpower supply business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit construction companies, contractors, subcontractors, facilities management companies and project sites to introduce our manpower supply services.
  • Generate new business enquiries and secure manpower supply contracts.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients and present the company profile and available manpower categories.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, LPOs, contracts and payment terms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and obtain additional manpower requirements.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports of company visits, contact persons, enquiries and business opportunities.
  • Manage the daily deployment, transfer and replacement of workers across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate directly with clients, project managers and site supervisors.
  • Maintain attendance, overtime, absenteeism, leave and worker deployment records.
  • Collect and verify signed timesheets for invoice preparation.
  • Arrange replacements for absent, rejected or underperforming workers.
  • Monitor workers’ discipline, productivity, attendance and site performance.
  • Coordinate workers’ accommodation, transportation and food arrangements when required.
  • Maintain records of visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, medical insurance and expiry dates.
  • Manage employee mobilization, demobilisation, onboarding and site-access requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR and accounts regarding recruitment, payroll, visa processing, invoices and payments.
  • Conduct regular site visits and resolve client and worker concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and site HSE procedures.

Mandatory Experience and Knowledge:

  • Relevant UAE experience in manpower supply operations and business development.
  • Candidates without manpower supply experience will not be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of skilled and unskilled manpower categories, including helpers, masons, carpenters, scaffolders, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, painters and technicians.
  • Practical knowledge of worker recruitment, mobilisation, deployment, attendance, timesheets, payroll coordination and replacements.
  • Good understanding of UAE labour procedures, employment documentation, visas, labour cards, Emirates IDs and medical insurance.
  • Experience in approaching companies, generating enquiries, preparing quotations and following up for LPOs and contracts.
  • Existing contacts with contractors, subcontractors and facilities management companies are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to handle client complaints, worker issues and urgent manpower requirements independently.
  • Good communication, negotiation, sales and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email and WhatsApp.
  • Good command of English. Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu or Arabic is an advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving licence is strongly preferred.
  • The candidate must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
