Business Development Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Ideal Designer Decoration Co LLC. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be the face of our brand — identifying and converting opportunities across residential and commercial interior fit-out, joinery, and turnkey projects throughout the UAE capital and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hospitality fit-out sectors

– Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients including developers, consultants, architects, and property owners

– Prepare and present proposals, and quotations to prospective clients

– Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to project handover

– Coordinate with the design and project team to ensure proposals align with client requirements

– Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE

– Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

– Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deals in the CRM system

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– Proven sales experience in any industry are all welcomed

– Experience in interior design, fit-out, joinery, or construction is an advantage but not required

– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

– Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and genuine enthusiasm for people and business

– UAE driving license preferred

– Willingness to learn the fit-out and joinery industry with full support from our team
