Join a growing manufacturing company specializing in printing and packaging solutions with a strong operational base in India and an expanding footprint in the UAE. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within the packaging sector, to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Note: The company has an established presence in India and is currently expanding its operations in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging and manufacturing solutions.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into business.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Represent the company in client meetings and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the packaging sector is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in generating new business and managing client relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Professional, confident, and commercially driven approach.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Do you have experience in the packaging or related manufacturing industry (e.g., cartons, flexible packaging, labels)?
• Have you been responsible for generating new business and acquiring clients (not only account management)?
• Do you have experience handling end-to-end sales cycle including client meetings, quotations, negotiations, and deal closure within packaging & manufacturing industry?
• Have you worked with manufactured packaging products and B2B industrial clients (not service-based or IT sales)?
