Position: Assistant HR Manager (Generalist)

Location: Bachau, Kutch, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹8 Lakh per annum
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Summary:

The Assistant HR Manager (Generalist) will be responsible for managing the overall HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, training, and performance management. The role requires hands-on experience in handling end-to-end HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Maintain and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company standards and labor laws.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
• Oversee statutory compliances – PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
• Drive performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
• Coordinate training & development initiatives across departments.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
• Liaise with government and local authorities on labor matters when required.

Desired Profile:

• Proven experience in manufacturing / plant HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle HR functions independently and support the HR Head in day-to-day operations.
