Responsibilities:

  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, appraisals, and exit processes.
  • Collaboration & Resource Planning: Work with department heads to forecast manpower needs and manage budgets.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan activities to boost morale and retention; manage grievances and conflicts.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle audits.
  • Performance & Development: Implement performance reviews, training programs, and leadership development.
  • HR System Management: Drive digital HR initiatives for payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Budget Management: Prepare HR budgets and optimize monthly expenses.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset to drive HR metrics and decisions.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in HR, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
