Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and sales orders using Oracle system
- Issue and manage order confirmations
- Coordinate with international suppliers regarding orders and production updates
- Monitor and follow up on production timelines to ensure timely shipments
- Handle import-related documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)
- Coordinate with banks for payment processing and import documentation
- Assist in shipment tracking and clearing process with clearing agents
- Manage delivery of goods to customers in a timely manner
- Oversee warehouse operations, including stock handling and organization
- Supervise and coordinate with office support staff (e.g., office boy, helpers)
- Maintain proper record-keeping of all import and sales documents
- Ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, Supply Chain, or related field)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer systems
- Willingness to learn and grow in import/export operations
- Responsible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
