We are looking for a talented
Assistant
Key Account Manager (OR)
to join our
Visual Display
team in the
UAE
. You'll focus on building strong relationships with retail partners and ensuring optimal Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) levels. Your day involves supporting retailers to boost their capabilities and driving sell-out and sell-thru performance, all to achieve sustainable channel growth and success.
How You Will Make An Impact:

Plan and execute sales strategies with key retail accounts.

Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual market share and sales target achievements.

Provide senior management with market insights and recommendations to guide sales and service strategies, incorporating channel experience and end-customer feedback.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key account stakeholders at all levels (General Managers, CEOs, buyers, product managers, and sales managers) to support sales momentum and growth.

Identify requirements and proactively remove barriers to sales.

Maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales delivery aligned with business plans.

Regularly inform potential clients about new products and pricing developments.

Manage and implement situational pricing strategies across countries, ensuring pricing harmony among online channels.

Collaborate with local teams to successfully launch new products and implement regional campaigns.

Plan weekly stock allocation by account/store.

Analyze market trends and collaborate with direct retailers to address and overcome potential challenges.
What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

4–7 years of experience in distributor management within the consumer electronics sector, or equivalent experience in FMCG.

Hands-on experience with purchase, sales, and inventory management (PSI).

Demonstrated success in managing high-volume accounts and leading complex negotiations.

In-depth knowledge of the UAE retail and distribution landscape, with a focus on the electronics and TV sector.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
-
Excellent communication skills in Arabic are an advantage.
