What You’ll Do

  • Assist in managing kitchen operations and motivating the team

  • Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control

  • Collaborate on menu development and innovation

  • Streamline operations to improve efficiency and productivity

What We’re Looking For

  • One to two years of experience in a professional kitchen

  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to perform well under pressure

  • Experience with restaurant management software (preferred)

  • Culinary degree or certificate and inventory management experience (preferred)

Pay Range

$45,000–$55,000 per year, plus monthly bonuses
