We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Land Surveyor to support site surveying activities across high-rise and villa construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Land Surveyor in conducting site surveys for high-rise and villa construction projects.
• Support in setting out works including gridlines, levels, and alignment as per approved drawings.
• Allocate demarcation points, establish zero level, Municipality benchmark, and gate levels.
• Assist in preparing topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and quantity measurements.
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to ensure accurate setting out of works.
• Assist in monitoring site levels and verifying dimensions during construction stages.
• Support in preparing survey reports, sketches, and documentation.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of survey equipment.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between drawings and site conditions.
• Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in UAE or GCC in high-rise or villa construction projects.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and data processing tools.
• Familiarity with digital survey equipment; experience with drones and 3D laser scanners is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of survey control points, benchmarks, and leveling.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and site layouts.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale residential developments.
• Knowledge of total station and GPS equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet project timelines.
