Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of order processing, dispatch operations, and coordination with customers and transporters. You will work closely with the supply chain, production, and packing departments to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Dispatch:
  • Prepare Delivery Orders (D.O.) and send order acknowledgments to customers.
  • Intimate the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) of materials and any deviations to customers.
  • Dispatch materials as per the schedule and follow up with the production department for timely completion.
  • Coordinate with the packing department to ensure completed D.O.s are processed efficiently.
  • Customer Coordination:
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status, EDD, and any delays or deviations.
  • Address customer queries and ensure a smooth order fulfillment process.
  • Transporter Management:
  • Negotiate and follow up with transporters regarding freight rates, dispatch schedules, and material delivery timelines.
  • Monitor and address issues related to late deliveries or transporter inefficiencies.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Prepare invoices and ensure all dispatch-related documents are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain MIS reports in Excel, including:
  • Daily dispatch reports.
  • Order lists with EDD and deviations.
  • Transporter freight lists.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the packing and production departments to ensure alignment on order priorities and timelines.
  • Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods in the warehouse.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory tracking systems and Excel for reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer and transporter interactions.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
