Assistant Logistics Manager

Mumbai, India

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics and MIS professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B & B2C logistics operations, maintaining MIS reports, and ensuring efficient communication and follow-ups with vendors. The candidate must be proficient in preparing detailed Excel reports and have experience handling appointment-based and quick commerce logistics.


Work Exp: 5yrs - 7yrs


Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee the B2B logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Handle appointment-based logistics and quick commerce logistics to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.

MIS Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize Excel to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data analysis.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with channel partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Communicate & Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly.


Qualifications: Minimum Graduation


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in logistics management and MIS reporting.
  • Experience in handling appointment-based and quick commerce logistics is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Mid Level
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
