About the Rol
eThe Assistant Maintenance Manage r is responsible for leading multi-site maintenance operation s across an assigned area of restaurants, ensuring efficient restaurant operation s and business continuity. The role focuses on managing preventive maintenanc e, corrective maintenanc e, facilities managemen t, and equipment reliability while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards across F&B operation s
.
Key Responsibiliti
es• Manage and monitor daily maintenance operations, including maintenance projects, new restaurant openings, relocations, and renovation activitie
s.• Oversee spare parts inventory and consumption to ensure availability and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimizatio
n.• Ensure effective utilization of warranties and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams to maintain responsive support for restaurant operation
s.• Ensure all maintenance projects are completed within the required quality standards, timelines, and approved budget
s.• Manage maintenance work orders and ensure timely resolution of operational issue
s.• Drive cost efficiency by optimizing the utilization of labor, materials, and operational asset
s.• Ensure preventive maintenance activities across restaurants and offices are executed according to schedul
e.• Monitor and improve equipment performance to minimize operational disruptions and downtim
e.
Qualificati
ons• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Maintenance Manageme
nt.
Required Experience & Sk
ills• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineer
ing.• 7-9 years of experience as Assistant Maintenance Manager within Retail, Hospitality, or F&B Operat i
ons.• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective mainten a
nce.• Experience w ith HV AC, refrigeration sys te ms, kitchen equip ment, and facility maintena
nce.• Experience manag ing multi-site maintenance operat ions is highly prefer
red.
