Assistant Manage EPC

Develop and lead the company's EPC growth strategy, aligning project goals with overall company objectives.

Guide business development to expand the market presence for solar and storage projects. Identify and capitalize on market trends.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, utilities, strategic partners, and suppliers.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary EPC organization. Ensure continuous skill development and a strong culture of performance.

Oversee the entire EPC lifecycle for a portfolio of projects, from initial design and pre-construction through procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Anticipate and manage project risks, including construction delays, permitting challenges, supply chain disruptions, and financial volatility. Implement robust mitigation strategies.

Direct the procurement process for all major equipment, including solar panels, inverters, and mounting systems. Manage supply chain risks and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

Provide strategic guidance on construction operations, ensuring efficient execution, site safety, and quality standards.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related technical field is required.

Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in EPC project management, with a significant portion in the solar or renewable energy sector.
