Assistant Manager Costing and Planning

• Prepare accurate product costing sheets for all shoe styles and new developments.
• Analyze and update material, labor, and overhead costs regularly.
• Work with the procurement team to verify updated prices of raw materials (leather, sole, lining, accessories, etc.).
• Compare estimated costs vs. actual production costs and prepare variance reports.
• Assist in setting product pricing in coordination with the finance and marketing departments.
• Maintain cost databases and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for all approved styles.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements or alternative material sourcing.

Qualification

• ACMA Inter/ACMA Finilist.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in costing and production planning (preferably in the footwear/shoe industry).
• An understanding of leather, sole, and component materials is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
