Job summary:
Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives for AWTIL within the corporate & Retail sector. This role will involve identifying and cultivating relationships with corporate and retail clients, promoting the company's investment products and services, and achieving sales targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to target corporate clients and expand the company's client base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate/retail sector to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate/retail clients, understanding their investment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Promote the company's investment products and services to corporate clients through presentations, meetings, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment professionals and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking progress towards sales targets and goals.
- To carry out any other assignment(s) given from time to time by Head of Sales
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Master’s degree in Finance/Accounts/Business Administration or equivalent.
- At Least 3 Years of Experience is Sales/Business Development for an AMC
