Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to quality, sanitation, and safety standards

Manage inventory control and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery

Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback

Handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining service quality and team morale

Qualifications-
Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if 18 years old) or 1 year (if 19 years or older)

Clean driving record with no major violations

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance

Demonstrated desire and ability to lead and motivate people

Proven experience in team management or supervisory role

Strong organizational and time management skills
