Assistant Manager

The Finance & Accounts professional will be responsible for overseeing financial management, accounting processes, and compliance activities within the retail operations division. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, cost control, and the effective implementation of financial strategies to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and expense management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for retail outlets and corporate operations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and internal audit controls.
  • Support inventory accounting, shrinkage analysis, and stock reconciliations in coordination with retail stores.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, procurement, HRnsure operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • RETAIL ACCOUNTING : 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
