Sales Engineer

Hiring Sales Engineer with experience in selling HVAC products - For Dubai & Northern Emirates

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Engineer with the experience in HVAC products (preferably Duct & Dampers) to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing new business, building relationships with contractors, consultants and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Visit contractor & consultants to understand project requirements and secure the order
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Estimation, production, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Candidates who has good contacts with Electromechanical companies, AC contractors, technical services companies etc. are preferred.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in ducting and dampers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driver’s license .
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
