Sales Executive – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales for joinery and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new projects, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets within the UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new potential clients, including contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in coordination with management.
• Follow up on quotations, approvals, LPOs, and payments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and actively contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven outdoor/project sales experience in joinery, interior fit-out, or related construction industries in the UAE.
• Strong network of contractors, consultants, and developers within the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
