Commercial Manager

will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and effective contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all commercial and contractual matters across projects.
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts, claims, and variations.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Manage tendering and procurement processes.
• Negotiate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in commercial management within the construction/contracting sector (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage
