Contract Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• FIDIC contract knowledge and expertise is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project management, and legal/commercial aspects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with project and management teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review, manage, and administer construction contracts according to FIDIC guidelines.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, variations, claims, and contract correspondence.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Monitor contract compliance and advise on risk management and mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.
