SALES & SERVICE

· Understand and assess the needs of healthcare facilities, clinics, and institutions, recommending appropriate medical devices, consumables, and equipment.

· Engage with and influence healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and administrators to promote the adoption of company products through informed sales strategies and technical expertise.

· Conduct product demonstrations, deliver technical presentations, and provide hands-on training for healthcare professionals to ensure product familiarity and satisfaction.

· Execute PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) schedules and provide timely service support for installed medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.

· Participate in internal sales meetings, product briefings, and training programs to stay up to date on the latest medical technologies and market trends.

· Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to implement targeted campaigns and maintain consistent brand messaging.

· Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, clinic managers, and hospital administrators, to drive sales and customer retention.

· Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, service reports, PPM logs, and customer feedback to support business decisions.

 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or servicing within the medical or healthcare device industry.

· Proven track record in promoting and supporting medical equipment, consumables, and related technologies.

· Strong technical understanding of medical devices and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and support clients.

· Experience in PPM execution and service coordination preferred.

· Valid Driving License and transferable residency preferred (for UAE-based roles).
