Sales Manager – B2B Projects & Specification Sales

Reports To: Director – Sales & Strategy

Role Overview:
Elite Corner is looking for a Sales Manager – B2B Projects & Specification Sales to lead business development among architects, consultants, developers, and project houses. This role focuses on specification-driven selling, long-cycle project closures, and strategic relationship management within the construction and design industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with architects, developers, designers, and builders
Secure product specification in ongoing and upcoming commercial/residential projects
Collaborate with design consultants and project heads to understand product fit
Develop and maintain a project pipeline from design stage to order closure
Conduct presentations, product demos, and site visits with stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams for samples, technical data, pricing, and delivery timelines
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in B2B/Project Sales (tiles, sanitaryware, lighting, interior products, or construction materials preferred)
Strong network of industry influencers – architects, PMC firms, developers, and contractors
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a consultative approach to sales
