• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
• Basic money handling.
• Support the implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Strong skills in inventory management and budgeting practices.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on team management.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
