Supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and initiatives for on-street parking enforcement programs. Assists in ensuring compliance with local parking regulations, promoting the efficient use of public parking spaces, and helping Ambassadors deliver high-quality service. Maintains a working knowledge of parking codes and supports efforts to optimize parking policies, address community concerns, and ensure a fair and consistent enforcement process. Assists in collecting information on parking patterns, meter usage, neighborhood parking, and duration of stay. Contributes to creating a positive image by demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellent service.
