Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring team productivity, maintaining service standards, and driving business goals. This role acts as a bridge between frontline staff and upper management, contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence.

NOTE : MINIMUM 3TO 4 YRS EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL FIELD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Support inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Prepare reports and analyze performance metrics
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead team meetings and training sessions
