Assistant Manager

Pledge Financial LLC is hiring Assistant Managers in Central Falls, Rhode Island

Responsibilities

Partners with the Store Manager to oversee the location’s staff and activities to achieve a profitable store location

Opens and closes the store, counting cash, merchandise, and upholding company standards

Provides excellent customer service to our customers, conducting sales, loans, and purchases

Monitors buying and loan qualification integrity

Upkeep of store cleaning and maintaining merchandising standards

Maintains compliance with all state and federal regulations

Assists the Store Manager with hiring, performance reviews, and staff training

Acts as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager

Engages customers to build strong relationships to ensure repeat business

Works with Management to participate in community events

Completes tasks assigned by the Store Manager

Qualifications

Experience as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Sales, Retail, Restaurant, or Consumer Lending

Strong customer service skills as this is a customer facing position

Ability to lift up to 20- 50 pounds

Point of Sale (POS) experience

Ability to work with great attention to detail and with a high level of integrity
