Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all mechanical aspects of the projects in the Thermal industry.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in mechanical operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve mechanical processes and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to prevent downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Analyze project requirements and provide input on mechanical design and implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in mechanical operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to mechanical activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5-12 years of experience in the Thermal Projects industry.
