Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business units to provide actionable insights that support project management and operational goals.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with AEL’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and business analysts, to identify data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Utilize statistical tools and data visualization platforms to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
Support the PMO in resource planning and allocation by providing data-backed recommendations.
Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling to forecast project outcomes and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Leverage data analytics to enhance the efficiency of infrastructure projects, such as water treatment and road development, aligning with AEL’s operational priorities.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.
Stay updated on emerging data analytics tools and methodologies to continuously improve analytical capabilities.
Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within AEL by training team members on data analytics tools and best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the infrastructure, energy, or logistics sectors.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools are preferred.
