Pay:$12–$15/hour plus commission(based on experience)
Schedule:

• Tuesday–Friday: 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evenings & Saturdays required

About the Role
European Wax Center – Beaumont is looking for a motivated, confident Assistant Managerto help lead our front desk team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys motivating a team to hit goals.
What You’ll Do

• Support the Center Manager with daily operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates
• Drive sales, memberships, and retail performance
• Ensure exceptional guest service and a polished front desk experience
• Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash handling
• Uphold brand standards and create a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, sales, or service preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence in coaching others
• Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and multitasking
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays consistently
