Assistant Manager

Join our team to make a meaningful impact through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. In this role, you will manage the complete CSR project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to implementation, monitoring, and impact assessment—while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in India. You will support the organization’s CSR strategy by driving projects, preparing MIS reports, creating presentations, and tracking beneficiaries. The position also involves stakeholder engagement, promoting employee volunteering programs, and coordinating financial disbursements and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing the CSR cycle, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful social programs.
