Assistant Center Manager – The UPS Store (Mentor, OH)Full-Time | Hourly | Includes Saturdays

We’re hiring a hands-on Assistant Center Manager to help lead daily operations at our Mentor UPS Store. This role supports the Multi-Unit Center Manager (overseeing two locations) and ownership, and acts as the on-site lead when upper management is offsite.This position is ideal for someone with leadership experience who enjoys working with customers, supporting a team, and taking ownership of store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Help oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, support, and motivate team members
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues as needed
  • Handle shipping, printing, mailbox services, Amazon Drop-Offs, and partner programs
  • Assist with scheduling, training, inventory, cash handling, and deposits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact when management is offsite

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of supervisory, keyholder, or shift-lead experience (retail/service preferred)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail
  • Flexible availability, including Saturdays
