Assistant / Deputy Manager - BA & MIS Accounts and Finance

Role Overview:
The role is responsible for managing revenue reporting, financial analysis, and MIS functions to support business decision-making. The incumbent will ensure timely doctor payouts, accurate revenue accounting, preparation of dashboards and performance reports, and tracking of key financial and operational KPIs. The position plays a critical role in budgeting, profitability analysis, and business performance monitoring.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • To compute Doctor’s Payouts and ensure timely payouts.
  • Monthly reporting on ARPOB, ARPP, ALOS, Occupancy and Asset Utilization.
  • Preparation of SBU report (e.g., Blood Bank, Pathology) and Institutional P&L.
  • Collating Doctor Performance Reviews and preparing decks for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR).
  • To prepare Daily Dashboard for reporting of Revenue, channel and occupancy
  • Preparation of Specialty wise and Channel wise EBIDTA report.
  • Reporting of Key performance indicator and Service profile
  • Preparation of Revenue and Capex Budget, Monthly Tracking of Budget vs Actual.
  • To demonstrate ability and skill in handling accounting functions.
  • To prepare daily Revenue Flash Report.
  • Preparing decks for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR)
  • To ensure timely and accurate Revenue Accounting.
  • To release daily / monthly sales MIS.
  • To provide Monthly MIS / Sales data as per internal requirement.
  • To prepare Adhoc report as and when required by the management


Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience
  • Education Required - B. Com or CA Inter
  • Hospital experience is mandatory.
  • High Level of MS Excel skills
  • Develop skill sets on Sun Systems
  • Knowledge of Billing / Operational Systems
  • Analytical Skills
  • Coordination Skills
  • Process Orientation
