Job Summary:

Twin City Diagnostics is seeking a responsible, proactive, and organized Assistant Manager to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our diagnostic center. The ideal candidate will manage staff, assist patients, and ensure efficient office administration. Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred, but fresh graduates with strong interpersonal and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the diagnostic center
• Coordinate with staff and ensure effective team performance
• Handle patient queries and provide support for a smooth service experience
• Maintain office records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and customer service standards
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory, and follow-ups
• Report to the senior manager regarding staff performance and center needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and administrative tools
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and work under pressure
• Experience in healthcare or customer service (preferred, not mandatory)
• Positive attitude with leadership potential
• Willingness to work evening shifts (approx. 10 hours per day)
