Assistant Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our C store gas station. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the establishment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of C store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the purchase of food, beverages, and other supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in C store gas station management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proficient in food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
