Urban Scholar Education Centre is a rapidly growing education center in Qatar, offering high-quality academic support and skill-development programs for students. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Academics & Operations to join our leadership team and contribute to the center's growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Management
- Oversee daily academic activities, scheduling, and class allocations.
- Monitor teacher performance and ensure high-quality teaching standards.
- Support curriculum planning and implementation across all subjects.
- Coordinate assessments, progress reports, and student evaluations.
- Ensure academic policies, guidelines, and standards are followed consistently.
Operations & Administration
- Manage centre operations, including registrations, enquiries, and parent communications.
- Supervise front-desk, telecaller, and support staff to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain attendance records, class schedules, and operational documentation.
- Assist in managing centre resources, classroom readiness, and learning materials.
- Coordinate with HR for teacher recruitment, orientation, and training.
Customer Relations & Growth
- Handle parent meetings, feedback discussions, and service-quality improvement.
- Drive enrolments by supporting marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in academic coordination, operations, or similar management roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an education centre or school is an advantage.
- Locally available candidates in Qatar preferred.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
