Assistant Manager Accounts | Night Shift | Karachi

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Salary: PKR 140,000 – 170,000/month + Company Benefits

About the Role

Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Assistant Manager Accounts to join our Finance & Accounting Services (FAS) team in Karachi. This night-shift role offers exposure to global clients, hands-on experience in financial reporting, and opportunities to drive process improvements in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations: general ledger, AP/AR, management reporting, and cash flow.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and reports in compliance with US GAAP.
• Supervise month-end close processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor SLAs, support budgeting and forecasting, and promote process improvements.
• Collaborate with onshore client teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA Finalist, ACCA, CIMA, ACMA, CIA, or CMA Member/Affiliate
• OR Master’s degree in Finance from a recognized university
• 3+ years in Big 4, 2+ years in top-tier industry, OR 4+ years in mid-tier accounting firms
• Strong expertise in General Ledger Accounting, AP/AR, Cash Flow Management, Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS/FASB preferred
• Advanced MS Excel/Office; QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
