Assistant Manager Accounting- CA

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounting to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in audit and financial accounting. The role involves overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the management in decision-making through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Review and finalize accounts, financial statements, and reports.
• Supervise and guide the accounting team in daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and closing activities.
• Conduct and review internal audits and support statutory audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial regulations and company policies.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with clients and auditors for audit and reporting requirements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to improve financial accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting and audit, preferably within a consulting or audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and audit procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Prior experience working in the Gulf region (especially Qatar) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidates with strong audit exposure and experience managing teams.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
