Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire accounting operations across multiple store locations.
- Monitor daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, stock adjustments, and expenses.
- Ensure timely preparation of P&L, balance sheet, MIS reports, and financial analyses.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and ensure accurate monthly/annual filings.
- Lead accounts receivable/payable functions and ensure timely vendor settlements.
- Review and approve ledger postings, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Conduct internal audits, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and management for financial planning.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Establish strong control systems for cash flow, inventory, and expense management.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Tally / ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent knowledge of retail accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Leadership and team-handling capability.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
