• Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Accounts
• Branch Office : Vadodara : Makarpura, G.I.D.C., Vadodara – 390010
• Gender : Male preferred.
• Location: Baroda (Vadodara)
• Salary Range : 30,000 - 40,000/- In-Hand per month . ( Other benefits like P.F, Gratuity Mediclaim will also be provided)

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintain day-to-day financial accounting and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Coordinate with other branches.
• Oversee vendor payments, purchase bills verification, and debit/credit notes.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection and manage outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
• Ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with banks for day-to-day operations.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review. Maintain proper documentation of financial records, invoices, challans, contracts, and agreements.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience : Minimum 8- 10 years of experience in Accounts (Preferred Mechanical Engineering Company)
Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Accounting Software.
• Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Good communication, and computer proficiency skills.
