Assistant Manager Accounts and Finance

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Monitor and analyze cost structures across manufacturing and retail operations to identify efficiency opportunities
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards
• Support inventory valuation, COGS analysis, and product costing for perfume and cosmetic lines
• Ensure timely VAT filing, reconciliation, and compliance with local tax regulations
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed for audits and VAT-related matters
• Reconcile accounts including payables, receivables, and intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align financial planning with operational goals
• Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards and internal financial policies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Support ERP and accounting system enhancements to improve reporting and control processes

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the perfume or cosmetics manufacturing and retail sector
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and retail finance operations
• Hands-on experience with VAT filing, reconciliation, and compliance in GCC markets
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP/accounting software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and supply chain teams
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD700.000 - BD900.000 per month
