Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers, billing, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data posting in accounting software (ERP/Accounting System).
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Coordinate with banks for account operations, statements, payments, and related documentation.
- Prepare vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and utility settlements.
- Assist in tax-related matters including withholding tax deductions, challan posting, vendor tax certificates, and filing coordination.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable and maintain updated ledgers.
- Support budget preparation, expense tracking, and variance reports.
Administration Responsibilities
- Supervise general office operations, stationery, utilities, maintenance, and facility-related tasks.
- Manage admin purchasing including vendor quotations, negotiation, and timely order execution.
- Maintain records for company assets, inventory, and equipment issuance.
- Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, staff movements, and logistics as required.
- Ensure timely renewal of company documents, insurance, contracts, and service agreements.
- Handle staff attendance updates, leave records, and communicate with HR for payroll execution.
- Manage fleet operations, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and documentation.
- Monitor housekeeping, office cleanliness, and ensure a safe working environment.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with internal departments to support operational tasks.
- Coordinate with banks, tax consultants, auditors, and external regulatory bodies.
- Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, financial summaries, admin trackers, and record filing.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and employee information.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration. (MBA preferred)
- Preferred Certifications:
- ACCA (Part Qualified/Pursuing)
- CA Inter / Foundation
- ICMA (Part Qualified/Pursuing)
- PIPFA Qualified / Under Training
- SAP/ERP Certification (Finance Module / Basic Training)
- Microsoft Excel Certification
Candidates with combination of Accounting + ERP skills will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP preferred), MS Excel, and reporting formats.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, follow-up, and vendor coordination skills.
- Organized record keeping and timely task execution.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
