- Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Admin & HR with a strong background in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations along with administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- HR Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment & onboarding process
- Handle attendance, leave management & payroll Strong Command
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Admin Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration and facilities management
- Manage vendors, Vehicles Fitness, Insurance
- Supervise support staff (peons, drivers, housekeeping)
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Handle transport/logistics admin coordination
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
- 4–6 years experience i n Admin & HR (logistics background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Good command of MS Excel & Advance Excel Strong reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
