  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Admin & HR with a strong background in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will manage HR operations along with administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment & onboarding process
  • Handle attendance, leave management & payroll Strong Command
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
  • Admin Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office administration and facilities management
  • Manage vendors, Vehicles Fitness, Insurance
  • Supervise support staff (peons, drivers, housekeeping)
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments
  • Handle transport/logistics admin coordination
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
  • 4–6 years experience i n Admin & HR (logistics background preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Good command of MS Excel & Advance Excel Strong reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
