1. Administration
- Oversee daily office administration: housekeeping, pantry, front desk, mailroom, and office supplies.
- Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and AMC contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors for office equipment, furniture, stationery, utilities, and services.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office premises, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Support travel, logistics, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
- Maintain administrative records, SOPs, and documentation.
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor budgets for admin operations and optimize costs.
2. Security Management
- Implement and monitor security policies, protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Supervise security staff: attendance, deployment, discipline, and training.
- Ensure functioning and maintenance of CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, and fire safety equipment.
- Conduct periodic safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire department, and security vendors.
- Manage visitor management systems, gate pass processes, and perimeter security.
- Prepare incident reports and maintain security documentation.
3. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
- Support fire safety drills, evacuation drills, and emergency response plans.
- Maintain confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
4. People & Vendor Management
- Manage housekeeping, security, and facility management teams.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
- Resolve escalated administrative or security issues promptly.

Educational Qualifications
