Position: Assistant Manager – Admin & Security

Requirement: Retired Army personnel will be preferred
Location: OMI Hospital Saddar – Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily administrative and security operations of the facility
- Ensure implementation of security protocols, access control, and emergency response procedures
- Manage security staff deployment, attendance, and performance
- Coordinate with external law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and maintain incident reports
- Oversee transport, housekeeping, maintenance, and general administrative functions
- Conduct routine security inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and safety standards across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Retired Armed Forces personnel (Army preferred) will be strongly preferred
- Minimum [3–5] years of experience in administration and security management
- Strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in report writing and administrative coordination
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
Preferred Profile:
- Candidates from Army background (Retired JCO/Officer/NCO) with relevant administrative or security experience
- Experience in hospitals, corporate offices, industrial setups, or large facilities will be an added advantage
