We are looking for Assistant Manager - Admin & Security

Location: Rasheedabad, Site Area, Karachi.

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of administration experience on similar role.

Education: Graduation from any reputable HEC recognized University/Institute.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility & General Administration

  • Oversee upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of office, factory, and housing facilities.
  • Ensure availability of utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations.
  • Manage office supplies, furniture, and administrative assets inventory.
  • Supervise housekeeping teams to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

2. Security Management

  • Coordinate with internal and outsourced security teams for round-the-clock site protection.
  • Implement and monitor visitor entry/exit protocols, CCTV surveillance, and gate pass systems.
  • Conduct periodic security audits and ensure compliance with company and buyer requirements.

3. Transport & Vehicle Management

  • Manage company vehicles, drivers, and fuel consumption logs.
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules, registration renewals, and route planning.
  • Ensure employee transport operations (pick & drop) run efficiently and safely.

4. Vendor & Budget Management

  • Handle vendor selection, negotiations, and payments related to administrative services.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual administrative budget.
  • Ensure cost control and timely procurement for admin-related items.
  • Maintain records for admin activities including asset registers, utility bills, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation.

5. People & Support Functions

  • Supervise admin support staff (guards, drivers, office boys, janitors, gardeners, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support during official functions, buyer visits, and audits.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee welfare facilities such as canteen, lockers, and medical rooms.
