About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager Administration to join our team at a leading organization located at Lahore–Sheikhupura Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing company assets, overseeing facility maintenance, and supporting management in day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise general administrative operations including housekeeping, security, and transport.

· Ensure timely maintenance of office premises, utilities, and equipment.

· Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses.

· Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility management.

· Manage canteen and accommodation facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety.

· Support HR and senior management in policy implementation and office discipline.

· Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation.

Requirements:

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management within a manufacturing or corporate environment.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

· Competitive salary of PKR 80K to 120K per month.

· Location: Lahore–Sheikhupura Road

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
