Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise fleet management including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, insurance, and fuel tracking.
  • Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (EOBI, PESSI, LESCO, SNGPL, Excise, PTCL, Municipal Authorities).
  • Oversee office administration, including facility management, housekeeping, and security.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract compliance.
  • Ensure upkeep of company assets, including canteen and staff accommodation facilities.
  • Prepare and manage administrative budgets, petty cash, and expense reports.
  • Support HR and HSE teams in compliance, audits, and employee welfare activities.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet operations and government liaison processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and report preparation.

Timings: 09:15 AM – 6:15 PM (Mon–Fri) | Alternate Saturdays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
